Jira Cloud
API tokens are created at id.atlassian.com → Security → API tokens. The token is tested live, stored encrypted, and never shown again.
Import time from Jira worklogs
Pulls worklogs you logged directly in Jira into Pulse. Read-only and de-duplicated on the worklog id, so it's safe to run repeatedly and never double-counts.
Import from a spreadsheet (Excel / CSV)
Upload an .xlsx or .csv export (max 3 MB, 5000 rows, first sheet). Columns are matched automatically — adjust the mapping, then import. Rows that are duplicates of existing entries (same person, times and description) are skipped, so re-uploading a file never double-counts.
